Join us for a fun filled clay workshop where you'll get to explore your creative side, while experiencing the therapeutic joy of working with clay. Bring your friends, your date or forget everyone else and go solo! Create a gorgeous wall pocket planter that will be cherished forever. No experience needed to participate - from beginners to intermediate, all are welcome! Come CLAY with us!
Ticket includes:
Your first glass of wine is on us! A professional potter walking you through every step of the process to create a handmade wall pocket planter. We’ll have all the tools you’ll need, plus vintage lace and letter stamps for you to personalize your keepsake piece or bring your own lace or stamps to make it extra special. This workshop is about 2.5 hours long; however, you may finish sooner - everyone works at their own pace.
*You may also make a cute mini wall pocket planter for an additional cost. To ensure we have enough supplies; we recommend that you purchase the add-ons before checking out.
After the workshop, your work has to slowly dry before we can fire your creations. We
will apply a beautiful (food safe) glossy linen white glaze to finish your keepsake piece.
Pick up date: Please pick up your creation at Linganore Winecellars between May 3rd – May 10th
*If for some reason you cannot pick up your work within that time frame, you may
also have someone else pick it up for you.
Note: Please wear clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty, however, if you do get clay on you, it should wash out.
All participants must be 13 and over: This is a great opportunity to explore your creative side as long as you don’t mind the people around having drinks. You’re welcome to get a ticket for your child, however, we do ask that anyone under the age of 13, be accompanied at all times by a ticketed adult as well.
*This ticket purchase guarantees attendance for one person. If purchasing tickets separately or for others in your party, please write the names of the other attendees in the notes section at checkout so we can seat you all together.
Cancellation/Refunds: Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. However, if for some reason you can't make it, you can always give your ticket to a friend. We do ask for a heads up, so we know who all the participants are.
